Because Marigold's roses have a high monetary value, Midas values wealth and material possessions and views their transformation into gold as a positive development.
For Marigold, the change of the roses into an inert, lifeless substance is a loss and devastation since she cherishes the beauty and natural essence of the flowers.
She also implies that Midas himself has been destroyed, most likely as a result of his blindness to the true meaning of life brought on by his fixation with gold.
This contrast draws attention to the play's central theme, which examines the perils of placing an excessive emphasis on riches and the value of prioritizing relationships and emotions over things.

Answer:
I find the principle of respect towards all most interesting. I find this the most interesting because even though they respect everyone, they still treat everyone differently. I think the concept that even though everyone is respected, they are to be treated as individuals person is a good concept to stand behind.
Males are much more respected than females. Males are allowed to have jobs, leave the house, go to school, and do anything else they want. Females were just expected to cook, clean, have children, and only could become female doctors. In the first chapter, it is stated that "I’d seen the wives be required to walk a few paces behind their husbands. I’d seen the women be forced to lower their gaze when they encountered a man. And I’d seen the older girls who’d been our playmates disappear behind veils as soon as they became teenagers." & "And we wouldn’t be allowed to go outside our homes without a male relative to accompany us."
Education is very important in her family. Her father owns the school she goes to and has taught her everything she has learned. Malala believes everyone should have an equal, good education. Women should learn the same as men do.
Explanation:

What is the symbolism of Troy and Bono’s jobs as garbage collectors?
The symbolism of Troy and Bono's jobs as garbage collectors in August Wilson's play "Fences" is multi-layered. On one level, their profession represents the marginalization and devaluation of Black labor in American society.
As garbage collectors, Troy and Bono do the dirty work that no one else wants to do, and they are often looked down upon and dismissed by the people they serve. On another level, the garbage that they collect can be seen as a metaphor for the social and emotional waste that accumulates in Troy's life.
Throughout the play, Troy struggles with his past traumas, his strained relationship with his son, and his sense of unfulfilled potential. The garbage that he and Bono collect could be interpreted as a physical manifestation of these struggles, as well as a reminder of the burden that Troy carries with him.
Overall, the symbolism of Troy and Bono's jobs as garbage collectors serves to highlight the broader themes of class, race, and social injustice that pervade the play. It is a powerful commentary on how systemic inequality can manifest in even the most mundane and everyday aspects of life.
