What do you mean by communication barriers Brainly?

Answers

Answer 1

Physical impediments to communication include office doors that are closed, distant work, and social distance. Communication barriers that are emotional in nature result from emotions like fear and distrust.

Verbal communication barriers are associated with how people speak verbally and non-verbally. Certain variables, such as equipment failure, noise, door or cabin closures, etc., generate physical communication barriers that cause the information conveyed from the sender to the receiver to be distorted, leading to incorrect communications.

We are unable to fully comprehend and accept the messages that others employ to share information, thoughts, and ideas because of communication hurdles. Information overload, bias, office rumors, gender inequalities, and information overload are a few examples of communication difficulties.

Read the quotation by Dorothea Lange about the photo “Migrant Mother” from Years of Dust.

I saw and approached the hungry and desperate mother, as if drawn by a magnet. I do not remember how I explained my presence or my camera to her, but I do remember she asked me no questions. . . . I did not ask her name or history. She told me her age, that she was thirty-two. She said that they had been living on frozen vegetables from the surrounding fields, and birds that the children had killed. She had just sold the tires from her car to buy food. There she sat in that lean-to tent with her children huddled around her, and seemed to know that my pictures might help her, and so she helped me. There was a sort of equality about it.

What are the two types of moods?

Answers

The two types of mood are the indicative and the imperative.

In grammar, mood, sometimes known as mode, is a category that expresses the speaker's perception of the ontological nature of an event. For instance, its character could be real or imaginary, certain or conceivable, desired or commanded. Although mood is frequently conveyed through unique verb forms or inflections, it can also be done so with just one word or a short phrase.

The indicative is typically employed in factual or neutral contexts, as in the sentences "John did his work" and "Juan hizo su trabajo" in English and Spanish, respectively. The imperative expresses instructions or demands, such as "Do your task." It stands out because there is no clear subject; instead, "you" is used as the implicit subject. As in "Haga su trabajo," the Spanish imperative, which also has an implicit subject, takes on a unique linguistic structure.

Explanation: The poem has three different points of view so that the reader can understand each one's part of the story. First, the narrator starts talking in first person (pronoun I): "I met a traveler from an antique land". Then, the perspective changes to third person and the reader hears what the traveler said about the shattered pieces of stone, and the sculptor (pronouns he, and they). Finally, it changes to second person as the traveler tells the written words on the pedestal, and the reader can hear what Ozymandias says to those who feel overly powerful (pronoun you in plural)

What does the broken birdcage symbolize in Trifles?

Answers

The birdcage is a symbol of Mrs. Wright's marital trap, from which she was unable to free herself. The shattered birdcage door is a representation of her failed marriage to Mr. Wright.

In the play Trifles, what does the birdcage represent?

The birdcage serves as a metaphor for Mrs. Wright's marital confinement in Trifles. Glaspell makes parallels between Mrs. Wright's pet bird and her allegedly murdered husband.

Birdcages represent a loss of freedom for the bird but also provide as a frame of reference for appreciating their amazing natural beauty. They contain symbolic birds in their own right, and humanity has a long history of imbuing our feathered friends with meaning.

The killing of the bird demonstrated that John not only disregarded Minnie's need for companionship in her childless home but also cruelly and brutally took away her last remaining source of enjoyment. The bird also represents Minnie's yearning for companionship in her childless home.

Should all cars be electric?

Answers

The electric car has been a hot topic for the last few years. The development of the electric car is everyday news. In every form of media there is a link to the effects of the electric car or its development. But how come the idea of an electrically powered vehicle is at the center of the attention? Indeed the origin of the electric car goes back for centuries.

Advantages:
The fact that the electric car was becoming a success in the late 1990 is not a big surprise. People again experienced the advantages of an electric car. People realized they saved lots of money on their fuel costs and produced much less pollution by driving electric cars. They found it an encouraging thought that they contributed to a better climate while they were saving money as well.

Contributing to a better climate is now one of the most important concerns in the world. We can’t avoid the fact that the climate is changing. Therefore we need to look for alternatives to fight these environmental problems like air pollution and global warming.

One of the best alternatives is replacing the old combustion engine vehicles with electric cars. Electric cars produce zero emissions, so they don’t contribute to air pollution at all. Besides air pollution, they also make no sound, so they don’t contribute to noise pollution either.

Unlike the fuel powered cars, the electric cars have got fewer moving parts. The technical construction of the electric car is much simpler and much more efficient. That makes the electric car more reliable and easier in maintenance.

All the electricity is stored in high-end batteries. These car batteries are used to have a lifespan of 5 years. These rechargeable batteries are fully recyclable, this keeps the old batteries of becoming a disposal problem. It also makes the electric car more durable en cheaper the longer term.

The last few years the prices of oil has risen sharply. Oil is the black gold, but the prices of oil are so high for a reason. Oil is one of the fossil fuels and these fossil fuels are limited. Oil is getting scarcer every day, and you’ll pay the price.

Electricity is not a fossil fuel and therefore not limited. This makes electricity much cheaper than fuel. One of the biggest advantages of driving an electric car are the fuel costs.

In fact, traveling in your electric car can even be cheaper. Here is another example of saving more money on your fuel costs. Recharging your electric car during the nighttimes when the electricity is cheaper will save you even more money.

Disadvantages:
Earlier on we explained that driving an electric car has many technical, environmental and financial advantages. How come that not everyone has exchanged his regular fueled car for an electric car?

Well, unfortunately there are still some disadvantages about driving and purchasing an electric car.

One of the biggest disadvantages is that the electric car is in a high-dollar prototype stage. Car producing companies have to do many research and many tests to find a way to develop these electric cars. The electric cars also have to meet the safety requirements, just like the regular cars. This requires even more research and more investments from the car companies. To makes these investments attractive for the car producing companies, the government provides subsidies. With providing these subsidies, the cost of an electric car will lower and purchasing one will become accessible for everyone soon.

Besides the purchase of an electric car, there are also some disadvantages in its use.

One of the reasons the combustion engine won the competition a few decades ago, was that it would only take a few minutes to refill your car with gasoline. Refilling an electric car took half a day.

It is important to review and revise your research paper because if you don’t check over your work or what you have written then you won’t know if you happen to make any typos, wrong accusations, and what if you included any wrong information? Sometimes you can even check your work multiple times but id say one time would be fairly enough. For the second question you asked, this step of reviewing and revising can impact your writing if you found out there were some things that were missing or some mistakes, so then you can change them to the correct info that it needs to be changed to. This step can also impact your writing if you forgot to mention anything in your research paper or if your writing makes no sense then you can easily change it without a peer or teacher informing you about your typos!
